Today's session was the first of the week. So, I wanted to get them a ton of handling mixed with some gk fitness to get their hand-eye coordination back up to speed after a few days off.

Goals of the Session
1. Optimize cross goal movements, with an attention to
weight release in their prep set
2. Close range decision making; i.e. do I close the angle
and create a 1v1 scenario OR hold my position and make
a save at the angle?
3. Layer in distribution for each Gk to work on their entry /
final pass, with an attention to their prep touch
