As a part of this growth, the landscape of the game is constantly evolving and the look of the youth system keeps changing. In an ever-changing environment, what are the roles for players and coaches?
The beautiful game that we know as soccer has many different forms and varieties. From the rec level to the academy level of a pro club everyone has a opportunity to be a part of the game. But the real question is once you get into that environment, what should players and coaches be doing when coming together for the beautiful game?

What goes into developing a player? How do I myself develop as a player? There are many schools of the game of soccer, many different types of coaches and ways to teach/ train the game. But what should be the main focuses for players? This question differs based on the level of development of the individual player.
